Pastured Pork PRE-ORDER

Stock your freezer with delicious pastured, heritage pork. 

Reserve your share of home-raised Pastured Pork. We feed locally grown, organic feed, garden and kitchen scraps, and plenty of milk and whey from our cow! Pigs are rotationally pastured and get to be as piggy as they desire, spending most of their day rooting around the soil, or laying in the mud.

Pickup will be Fall '25 - Winter '26 (TBD) at our farm in Mifflinburg. Pork will be $3.50/lb live weight (this includes your butchering fee if you choose to have us do it) and the balance will be due at pick-up. Finish weight for the hogs is estimated 150lbs per half. We work with you to figure out the custom butcher that you want.

We can do the butchering, curing, and smoking for you (by law, you have to be present for some part of the butchering). We use organic, nitrate free ingredients. Cuts are individually packaged, and ready for your freezer. 
OR 
You can take it to the butcher of your choice (whole hog only) and work with them. If you choose that option, live weight price is $2.70/lb and a butchering fee is an additional $.90/lb (+/- depending who you work with).


How to estimate HALF hog costs:

$3.50/lb x 1/2 hog weight (150lbs) = $525

 

Please reserve two halves if you'd like a whole pig.
