What if I forget about about pickup? Can I get them the next day?

Out of respect for our Pick-up Location Partners, we ask that you pick up your bouquet on the day scheduled. Should you forget to grab your order, the bouquet for that week will no longer be available.

Help! I'm going on vacation; can I pause my subscription?

Relax, we’re not heartless. But we have prepared your flowers (and can't refund them) so the best case is to gift them the week you are gone! You can also opt to pickup two bouquets during another one of your subscription weeks.

Is it really that easy to get started with a subscription?
